Emergency response for equipment service calls to our 0508 787 633 toll-free number from anywhere in New Zealand guarantee a technician on the phone within 30 minutes and, if necessary, on site within several hours of the call.
We also provide service plans so that your equipment is maintained by qualified technicians, reducing the likelihood of faults and breakdowns.
Planned Preventive Maintenance
We provide plans for routine maintenance in accordance with AS/NZS 4187 and to ensure equipment downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. We work with you to ensure disruption is minimised and the equipment operates as efficiently as possible.
Validation and Commissioning
We provide equipment validation in accordance with the standards pertaining to that equipment. This includes sterilisers and washers, conducted at regular intervals in accordance with the applicable standards.
Integrated Service
SMS is also able to work with your site maintenance teams to ensure your equipment is managed appropriately and your downtime is kept to a minimum. We also work with your staff to provide training on the use of the equipment along with technical sessions on the science behind sterilisation.
